Ok na boss...wala man klaro na ilang phone tech support...what happened to my case was....NO CASE/REPORT SUBMITTED by the agent...and when I went to their office kanina, kita gyud ko sa monitor atong customer service and I saw it ngato nga wala ma submit ang mga request from the previous agents. and pwerting sayuna ra gyud diay sa gi buhat sa tech...reconfiguration lang sa modem....I could have done it myself unta...wala lang ko taga-i sa ilang admin username and password...hahaha..
May nalang kay tagaan ko sa tech iya number...once maka create na ug ticket, I will just text him directly and he will respond to it dayon...
