Not good. Not Good at all.

Just give peace a chance. One solution is talking about it.
For the first one. You have a point but wouldnt matter, if war will happen, itll happen in the rebel territory and grounds, which is somewhere in Mindanao... in a mountanous and very rural area in Mindanao. Ang katong nahitabo sa Zambo, dili to tungod kay naay nagsinulungay daun ga declare og all out war, tungod to kay gi hostage sa mge terrorist ang isa ka populated nga lugar. Ang kanang mga kampo sa rebelde kay naa na sa bukid, dili sa lugar nga daghan tawo and daghan makakita nila, which is very stupid. I would know, I grew up in Mindanao. Sa second quote, you watch a lot of movies bai. Cebus geographical structure and location, an island, a small island with only a few mountains, mostly flat, and very open. There are no agricultural fields, no forests. Engaging in guerrilla warfare here for the rebels would be like painting a bullseye in their a*s. Unless they take the city hostage like they did in Zambo, which is stupid since they will surely die still.

Kung mag all-out-war , it will only be in that lawless areas like Maguindanao, Basilan etc...or wherever the strongholds for these MILF,MNLF,BIFF is located. The problem with these factions is that they have never recognize the government. They want the territory for their own interests. The issue here is TERRITORIAL. In war there are rules. The army can just make a public announcement at least one week before engaging the enemy to let the civilians go for evacuation. Evacuation centers and hospital will be set up at nearby towns.
There is no argument to war coming to Cebu or any other places in Ph. It is time to let justice for all men, women wether in the military, police and civilian population prevail. The government has done enough talk.

you cannot win a war by just an air campaign. you need boots on the ground.

The peace talks must be suspended. The govt. must DEMAND these from the MILF before any talks can be resumed:
    1) return of the arms and equipment stripped from the fallen policemen
    2) surrender of Usman and Marwan to the authorities (why were they in the vicinity of the MILF camps anyway, does that mean that the MILF are sheltering these terrorists? )
    3) surrender the MILF forces or at the very last, the leaders of the these forces in whose camp the massacre took place. there was no mis-encounter, only MASSACRE.

these demands must be complied upon by the MILF to show their sincerity and solidarity with the philippine govt. in wanting peace in our time. only then can the peace talks be resumed.

dili ta ganahan ug gubat, but if push comes to shove, #alamnathis .

“We know of three constants: Victory. Defeat. Death. For both sides, death is a constant. Such is our life in the pursuit of peace. We don’t claim to be fearless, we can only stand courageous,” Pamonag added.

@anaksatawo -- the bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki won the war for the Allies, right? Useless man nag peace talks because we are not dealing with honorable men here. Lahi ilang morals, lahi ilang values. You make a deal with the devil, you get $crewed. each and every single time.

We cannot talk about peace talk to MILF if they are harboring terrorist on their back. Excuse me with my words. PISTI ug OGOK ning presidenteha, the fact that the terrorist are with the MILF territory only proves that these MILF people are protecting them. Talking about Miss encounter? Bwisit 44 patay nya miss encounter? unya gikawatan pag armas? gihubuan ug wa pa natagbaw gipamusil pa bisag patay na! I am not against peace talk, pero and MILF dapat managot ani asta pud ang presidente.
