Oo dili. sa definition lang TS maon ni sa Labor Code:
SECTION 3. Preventive suspension. — The employer may place the worker concerned under preventive suspension if his continued employment poses a serious and imminent threat to the life or property of the employer or of his co-workers.
So TS if feel ni employer nga serious and imminent threat to life or property, dili na mupili ug adlaw. But good thing dapat naay hearing and maka contest pud sa decision imoha amigo kung man gani ma term ang decision.
