Yep you can start a lotto outlet with just 40k.
Naa ka option para dili mo bond ug 300k. Pwede 6k+ a year ra. Ask PCSO kay ila e explain.
Aside sa bond ginagmay nalang. Mo dako ra imo gasto pa put up sa pwesto.
