same process rani sya sa traditional /offline business.

If sole prop lang, Secure daan ug permit from DTI, then Mayor's permit, then BIR registration para m.issuehan ka ug Authority to Print (ATP).

If Partnership / Corp - reserve a name and apply sa SEC, then Mayor's permit, then BIR.
