Still lucky to land a 2storey apartment for 8.5k with 2 bedrooms 3 years ago. until now dri japun mi nagpuyo.. i guess lisud najud mangita ani na place ron. kay nagtry man ko mangita kabalhinan.

May Sudlon bro before reaching Taoist Temple, mo agi lang ko sa may access road sa IT park across paradise village, i usually check my time by the time i get to that place kay calculated akong riding time, from there dapat naa pako 5 minutes before time in para dili ma late hehehe

unfortunately bro that's becoming pretty normal here.. probably because for extra secuirty and convenience, though i don't think it will make any difference if buang gyd ang tao pila ray pagpabounce sa check lol.. you can always haggle man, for sure you can come up with a win-win agreement. like in my case naa koy cluster of 3 commercial spaces sa talamban and a condo unit at lahug, so far wala man ko nagrequire ug PDC.. hasol lang mag remind sa bayranan every month, especially nag abang sa akong condo unit ron kay tiningub iyang bayad, mahulog 2 weeks delay iya payment for the previous month and 2 weeks advance payment for the following month lol

anyway, good luck at finding one
