I'm from Talamban bro (near SOS village).. Though i drive my own service, there isn't much difference if we talk about travel time. If mag-commute ka makaya raman ang 1 hour, it's enough allowance given your departure 9am.. ang tail sa traffic ana by that time naa sa may foodland nalang. Usually heavy congestion is at its peak around 7:15-8:20 A.M. By experience, every minute is crucial, just make sure lang dili ka ma-abtan ug 7:30 sa may talamban proper kay you're mostly gonna end up stuck until the first bottleneck (eskina cabangcalan which usually sets you back at least 25minutes) after that will be a series of congestions na given you are litterally passing by a strip of schools (majority of them are exclusive schools, so rich kid halos mga students).

If you can, I suggest mag motor ka.. recently got feedup with the traffic congestion and opted to change from 4 wheels to 2 wheels.. I go out around 7:45am daily and reach IT park before 8AM, dako pa akong motorcycle gigamit, so given a smaller type (scooter, basin makaya pa siguro 10-12 minutes travel time)
