Hello mga bossing....mangayo lang kog advice...

Pwede ba gamiton ang akoang monitor as a TV? using HDMI connection from a Cablebox to the monitor....and if its possible, unsa na cable box akoang paliton dri sa cebu or aha ko pwede mo subscribe ug cable na naay HDMI ilahang cable boxes??
