    ngutana unta ko kung maka fat loss sad ba ng mag weight lifting? if makafat loss mn gani... unsa may mga effective ways na angay nako buhatun?

    PS: nag diet sd ko below 2200calories per day akong intake... im using myfitnesspal nga app... i didn't take any supplement or whatsoever, kung naa moy advice, i might take it as consideration aswell..

    unsay maau gamiton para dili makubalan ang kamot besides gloves. dili ko comfy mag gloves gud. ug asa ta kapalit sa cebu? ka feel kos kubal nag deadlift ko

    Gamit ug foam. Naa baligya ana. Imo lang ipa hug sa handle. Or trapo nga tag piso kanang lingin hehe

    IMO, id rather use chalk...ordinary chalk lang gud...sometimes bitaw when deadlifting, ako itrapo akong kamot sa super taya na plate or bar. with the dust and rust in my hands, mas maka grip ko tarung sa bar.

    try alternate grip pud sa bar mas better ang control nimu sa grip.

    btw, paits na kaau na ang 180lbs oie. keep improving!

    thanks sa advice boss. pwede ra d ai ordinary chalk sa blackboard? wala paman sad ko ni max pero gahinay2x kog saka. last nku sa 170 ni action ug slide ang bar.

    parihas2 d ae ta boss. magnesium powder mayingon sa akong kaila. pwede ra d ae nang chalk. hehehe. yes boss strength training ko krn. 3rd week na nku gud
