Trillanes don't need to be articulate or have a degree in law, this issue is about corruption, laundering and tax evasion. All he needs to do is put out the facts, more like blueprints on a drawing board, and Binay can link the dots (if he can), which is the main reason why he backed out, because Binay can't link anything, he can't defend himself.

@FAQ, Trillanes never asked for a debate. It was Binay who asked for it.
If Binay is an articulate speaker, in the debate he can easily get off the hook of the corruption accusations that was being linked to him.
    Why then would he withdraw?
Why then would his "galamays" advice him not to engage in the debate?
The answer is plain & simple.
The truth is against him and it doesn't need an articulate speaker to challenge him.

Look at Sen. Drilon, he himself volunterred to be present in last Thursdays hearing.

I wonder what it will be like to have Binay as our president and handling the foreign issues especially the territorial dispute with China..?

Most people who see the withdrawal of Binay as a good move kay for sure mapildi lang daw si Trillanes.. Those people don't see the bigger picture here. Bitaw, "tactician" si Binay but for someone not true to his word and bragging that he will surely win isn't a good trait for a leader. Yet sadly majority of the people STILL will vote for him. Siya pa ang nag hagad tapos siya ang mo withdraw kay ma pildi sa si Trillanes? Hasn't he head of what happened to Goliath when he went toe-to-toe with David?

It's not the politician who's putting this country to it's knees and preventing growth, it's the people voting using their hands and not their heads.
