About sa matres, it is true if you do a lot of jumping ang running. Most especially if mu abot ang "monthly friend" nimu and mag cge ka run, jump or lift heavy weights.... that's according to my gym insturctor though. Of there are those with weak matresses daan and mag cge jump and run, maka pa weak samot ang matress...
i agree sa warm-up and cool down...mas less ang pamaol hehehe wear the proper shoes sd ky grabe rba footwork ani na sport.. kanang cement ra na court ky sakit au na sa tiil especially kng kusog na imu dagan2x.
if frequent badminton player ka, you should have full support especially on extremities.
