America flourished when it declared independence from Britain same as Australia, Canada.
The thing here is sa na contribute sa uban provinces sa national government gamay ra gyud ang tabang nga naibalik sa ilaha and let's admit it, ubos ang tan-aw sa mga taga-Manila sa mga taga-Mindanao ug Visayas region.

Charter Change for the benefit of few is worst compare to no Charter Change at all.

Really? Wa pa gani ang charter change nag benefit2 na ka. But I guess it's true, only the middle class and low class people can benefit this charter change and the oligarchs won't. I wonder how much the oligarchs paid you for that?

Well, if we were going to secede from imperial manila, it's going to be an economic and infrastructural race from both cities.

The Philippines most fundamental problem is the absence of an effective, autonomous state. Since the Spanish time the Philippines has been under an oligarchy, which has prevented the establishment of
a competent, self-reliant, and independently minded national bureaucracy that is capable of ensuring
rule of law, rallying the nation behind a collective cause, efficiently implementing public projects.

you have a point citing bansangmoro being made an autonomous region, if malacanyang can grant them autonomy, then how about an autonomous central visayas region.
I agree to this....sakit sad kaayo paminawon kung naa ka sa manila probensya ra gyud ang cebu ug ang davao para sa mga tagalog.... kung ato tan-awon wa ra gani sa kumingking ang bulacan, pampanga, batanggas, laguna, bisan pa gani ang baguio city kung itandi ang economic growth dinhi sa cebu and davao.... para nila probensyano ra kaayo ta...

The big issue with the Basic Law is that it creates an entity that isn't covered by or against our constitution as a unitary republic. Assuming that the Basic Law moves forward, it only creates a situation where more areas will start wanting an equivalent status in their regions/provinces/areas (The only reason regionalism hasn't been as pronounced in national politics is because our Senate is not representative of the different regions of the country and because our executive department is mostly Manila people), something that can be facilitated under a federal system.
