Ask langko sa mga naka experience. I have an experience 5 months nani na issue sakit akong back (wings dapit) kay mag exercise ko like Sumba, Yoga, dili ko mag stretching? sa amoa rako na kwarto mag exercise tan-aw rako ug video exercise.
Also, after raba nako ug exercise (1) hour at least maligo ko, maka daot bana? pila jud diay ka oras dapat maligo? hot/cold unsay maayo na bath?
I'm still experiencing back pains (5) months nani...ako ba kaha ni nakuha sa pag exercise? maka cause ba kaha ug permanent injury or muscle paint injury pag cge ug exercise w/o stretching?
