Yes, 3x times a week ko magfollow up, sometimes the problems goes to the organizational structure sa usa ka opisina, ug wa natarong na flow sa sistema. Hit and run is not my style, mine is hit it all. Once i filed a complain you have to take care of it, kay di gani nimo tagaan ug solusyon, didto ko sa head, kung di pa dyod sa regional head, hantod maabot ta dako-dako na dyod.
