Sa mga nag puyo ug nag work sa Japan, ari ta tambay.. share mo sa inyung life diri. i know at first its like a dream come true nga mka abot ta diri, pero sa kadugayan, it becomes difficult and mura ta ug mamatay sa kamingaw.

I did not know this thread exists. Currently working in Tokyo now as a programmer for a big financial company. Just joined this company and so far I really love it here! (been working in Japan for almost 3 years now)

My Japanese is enough to survive in the Japanese corporate world. I am able to do business japanese but i still have a lot of room to improve especially on the business correspondence aspect. My new company is an international one so I do not have to speak it anymore.

About my life outside work, I actually prefer here since it's safe, I love my lifestyle here and my salary is a whole lot better compared to what I earn in the Philippines. But yeah, it sometimes does get lonely but I do see myself staying here for a long time.
