Job Description:
- Provide IT support via phone, remote location or in person to end-users regarding system/network issues affecting call center production and computing environment in accordance to established processes.
- Handle and manage the Cebu Site IT Support Operations - Desktops, Laptops, Thin-Clients, Applications, Systems/Servers, Network-Data, PBX-Voice (TDM/Legacy and IP Telephony)
- Manage and administer Active Directory Domain Services - child domains for Cebu Site (user, computer accounts and GPOs)
- Provide remote assistance to Senior IT Management team based in Manila remotely managing and maintaining the corporate technology infrastructure throughout the enterprise.
- Deploy and install new hardware/software whenever necessary especially during new Site or floor buildup.
- Collaborate with 3rd party technology vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Monitor and maintain Data Center and IDF room cleanliness and temperature.
- Monitor the corporate LAN/MAN/WAN with all tools available.
- Update and maintain IT assets and equipment inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency and solid experience in the following:
- ITIL-based Incident Management System process and escalation.
- Large scale technology deployment and configuration particularly new Site/Floor build-up.
- Microsoft Windows client/server operating systems (Windows XP/7/8.1/2003/2008/2012)
- Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS server roles
- Avaya PBX (TDM-legacy, VOIP) and Cisco Networking.
- Cisco Router or Access Switch configuration.
- Software/hardware/network analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Good communication and customer service skills both verbal and written.
- Proactive, confident, friendly and can deal with different types of people/personalities/ranks across all departments and programs.
- Flexible with shifting schedules.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably male, with at least 1yr experience working in a call center environment.
- Bachelor's degree holder in IT or any computer-related course.
- Preferably 1-3yrs experience working in a collaborative technology environment.
