sometimes its not the network that is biased but the reporter itself... and sometimes network give they're reporter freedom to do there comment aslong as its not damaging there rating...

As far as what the article says ... 9News will rebrand as CNN Philippines. If I'm not mistaken, Solar bought the CNN franchise, not CNN bought 9News. The staff will probably still be the same but they will adapt to CNN's unique programming and on-air presentations.

for main stream news it's BBC or Aljazeera... CNN is the least but still garbage among american news medias.
