murag di man ka basta2 makatake ug PhilNits Exam mam, kailangan yata nimo ug endorsement from your school ana or recommendation from someone na nakapasa na ug PhilNits, kana nga exam pang advanced na jud..siguro try NC2 exam or Miscrosoft Certifications.

by the time naka kuha ka ug MS na Cert, naa na bag.o ni gawas na framework ug mahimo nasad out of date imo certification, maypa dili nalang.

It's not compulsory but it's nice to have. If ang first requirement sa job posting is some kind of microsoft certification, it's most likely HR or Managerial position ang ni himo sa requirements. Majority of senior developers/architects do not require it from their colleagues. That's just my opinion.
