For TTSP, wa na problema kay ang exam sa city rmn na... Ang frst interview kay sa balamban jud...kuhaon ug ihatud man sad sa city...den ang final interview is sa city rman.. This is the case for the design side... Dont know sa THi part... Pm me kun naa lain pangutna.

I can't say much about THI, but here are few things to know about TTSP

a. Career growth - it's a good stepping stone for a fresh grad. But u gotta make sure that the work you will be doing inside is in line with your study/course taken. Like when you are CE grad, get into their structural design team. That way you will not have a problem with jumping ship in the future especially if you intend to work in other countries. Trust me on this one.
b. Training/s - you will basically be supervised by a senior design engineer.
c. Compensation and benefits - I'd say they compensate you according to what is standard pay in the market in present times. But don't expect much.
d. Work culture - their process of work is in accordance to japanese standard. So expect a tighter guidelines. But it's a good experience to be exposed to stricter rules. You will probably meet a lot of new faces on the way.
e. Pros and cons - I'd say it's a good company since you will most likely be given a chance to travel to Japan from time to time and experience the Japanese culture. And since you will technically have to spend the majority of your time in balamban, they provide buses for travelling from the city and vice versa but you will have to wake up as early 4AM to catch them every Monday. Going to the city for an emergency or any important appointments can be a pain since you will have to arrange for your own travel unless you have your own car/motorbike to use which I suggest you should. And then they provide staff houses for you to stay there but you will be staying along with another person in one room so privacy is out of the question.

You might probably experience some more pros and cons as you go along but I'd say getting that experience is what's more important for someone who just plunged into the real world so to speak. And if you're that someone who spends most of his/her entire life living in the city since the day you were born, it takes a lot of getting used to in staying outside of your comfort zone. And that's where real independence begins which is a good thing.

@tal_polano Salamat kaayo sa response ts, I appreciate it. Nakatake nadiay ko sa ila exam this week lang and mucontact lang daw sila ug qualified ka next week daw. Naa pa diay ko follow-up questions, hihihi.

a. You said na for CE grads, they must get into their structural design team. Ako g applyan kay as Design Engineer(CE grad), ma punta ba ko ana na team ? All I know is they're into ship design man so ma consider ba na as structural design sad ang pag design ug ship? I also wonder kung appropriate ba sa mga CE ang ship design kay diba more on residential structures, plants, etc man jud ta?

b. Sa compensation na side, how about sa katung naa na experience and ang experience kay sa design rasad which is somewhat relevant (though not in ship design). Do you have any idea how they usually compensate on that one? Though sa mga starters, musabot ko na gagmay ra but they should be competent on that area unta kay naa dghan firm na muhatag ug 15k as compensation for the freshers which is higher that what they're providing and they(TTSP) are planning to expand to a thousand of workers by 2020 daw basi sa HR representative na nag present before the exam.

c. Sa kanang ipa dala sa Japan for training, I assume naa nay bond. If so, mga pila sad ka months ang bond ani?

d. "...will be staying along with another person", so basically 2 ramo sulod sa uska room?. Kabantay sad ko ana bus nila mag agi2 sa hiway but with the car/motorcycle thing, di pa afford and di sad ko kibaw..hehehe
