We are looking for interested applicants to join our workforce here in Cebu as a Network and or Security Presales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide security pre-sales assistance for sales opportunities to customers and partners. Including solution design, Proof of Value, Demonstrations, installations, troubleshooting and training of the assigned product (Network or Security)
- Define solution options and articulate the benefits of the assigned product
- Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues.
- Provide reporting and feedback on customer accounts and field activities to Sales, Product Management and Engineering.
- Work closely with customers in the design and implementation of the assigned products.
- Understand the customer’s business drivers and how to map these to a customer network platform, including identification of improvement areas in network design.
Experience & Skills Required
- Several years of Network and or Security pre-sales experience in the computer networking or security space.
- Excellent knowledge of security and network solutions and technologies across multiple technical environments and a solid awareness of the competitor landscape and offerings
- Proven ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of each assigned products and solutions.
- Understand and be conversant about each assigned products competitors, their solutions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
