term of downpayment/reservation is the first to pay upfront 5k; will be the first pick among the two puppies in subject of the pre-sale.

TERMS OF RESERVATION:
- the reservation fee of 5K is refundable 50% in case the buyer backs out for what ever reason.
- in case the BUYER pays the reservation fee of 5k and he/she requested a name of his/her choice for the PCCI registration of the puppy he/she wanted; the 5k will NOT BE REFUNDABLE in case the buyer backs out while the PCCI certificate of registration has already been on process.
- puppy/ies is for release 3 months from the date of birth OR 3 days after the 2nd 5-in-1 vaccination is administered. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST.
- the seller reserves the right to choose homes or buyer to whom the puppy/ies will be re-homed. the seller reserves the right to decline the acceptance of RESERVATION FEE.
- buyer who want to see the puppy in person can view the puppy/ies to be reserved on or after May May 22, 2009 and until June 8, 2009. puppy will be viewable in person after June 21, 2009 or 3 days after the 1st 5-in-1 vaccination is administered. which ever comes LATER.
- written acknowledgment receipt of the RESERVATION FEE with written conditions as here in stated will be signed by the seller and the buyer and would serve as a binding agreement of the PRE-SALE.
