TS does have a point.

Cebu has a lot of business parks and buildings, but mostly call centers occupy these spaces... and the government has the audacity to call it "economic boom".

Basically, the government is assuming that everyone should be a call center agent because that is their only solution to unemployment, which is quite stupid really.
