    dili na siya automatic intawon... mao gali ang pangalan sa iya status probationary kay under probation pa siya..if wala siya mo quality for the next rank mao na probationary ra gihapon.. pwede ka maextend sa imo probationary period pero dapat iinformed ka sa imployer na extend ka..

    noobie question and mo sorry ko daan sa ma annoyed 1 yr nako sa among company under ko ug agency. nI pirma ko ug contract for 5 months dugay na nahuman ang 5 months pero naa lng ghapon ko dre pero wala jud ko kareceive ug nerenewal sa akong contract. mahadlok sad ko maningil or mo ask sa update sa akong status kay basin mapareho ko sa friend ni TS.

    What do you think guys? if agency wala jud na chance ma regular employee?

    Department of Labor and Employment - Labor Codes

    Art. 281. Probationary employment. Probationary employment shall not exceed six (6) months from the date the employee started working, unless it is covered by an apprenticeship agreement stipulating a longer period. The services of an employee who has been engaged on a probationary basis may be terminated for a just cause or when he fails to qualify as a regular employee in accordance with reasonable standards made known by the employer to the employee at the time of his engagement. An employee who is allowed to work after a probationary period shall be considered a regular employee.

    Wala man geh ingon diha nga dapat e inform ka. Like what I said, technically, kung mo lapas ka og 6 months, automatic ka e consider nga regular employee. But since days lang ang lapas, might as well forget it. It's a fact, either the company doesn't want him/her or dili lang gyud sila ganahan og regular employees.

    mao gali dapat it must be agreed and documented by both side...kay mapaso man sila sa DOLE if wala na nga agreement.
    Diri sa amo companya naa ma extend ug 1 month to 2 months pero naa gyud kasulatan agreed by both party.

    Sa ako nhbw an basta mulapas lng ka og 1 day nga gkan pag start nmu hangtod naabot 6 months ang isa ka employee kay getawag na siya og regular by default. so murag pwede na niya ma reklamo sa dole.
