KILLING? Tinuod, killing is wrong but depende na sa imong relative frame of reference. But when you kill in order to extract Justice then it is deem moral.

Bro there is NO MORALITY in KILLING. So what if gipatay sa imong friend ang iyang naka argue, then gi-bawsan imong friend gipatay sad siya to "EXACT JUSTICE". Then would you say it is moral that your friend got killed over an argument?
