1. As an employee, you either follow company polcies or quit. As simple as that.
2. I dont know if what violation that policy committed. Can you enlighten me?
3. Ill feelings sa cebuano? Cebuano ku pero dili ku ana ka gamay ug utok. Lugar kuno mug sakto. Kung di mu uyon aw pagbinisaya lang gihapon mug storya sa empleyado, kamu ba diay gi bawalan? Wala may problema ana. Kung empleyado mu ug di ninyu madawat ang policy, e di quit. Saon ta man. O pagtukod imung negosyo tapos pag himu policy na bisaya only. Sm is the stakeholder of the success or failure of that policy, why should outsiders like us interfere? Emotion na pud tirada gamiton? Kay atong pride pagka bisaya? Na unsa. Pagkatoytoy ba ninyu.
PS:i hate tagalog language. But that is a different issue. Its a personal one.

OT: Tagalog language - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
reading some of the posts...mao ni lisud sa aton mga pinoy...dali masuko while remaining ignorant..."Filipino" is the language you hear in TV etc....Tagalog is a dialect like Bisaya/Hiligaynon/Ilocano/Kapampangan....syempre kahibaw kamo mag.Filipino since it's a standardized language like English
sa Japan naa standardized Japanese...why? coz naa mga dialects like Kansi and Hiroshima...so some words are not the same(pretty much like ours, but they created a standardized one)...and like Filipino, it only uses Tagalog as a basis with words from other dialects included... :P
OnT: as per company policy na yan....paghimo mo own company daw....but it's a wrong move for them, they should utilize whatever language deemed convenient for their communication with their client---IN THIS CASE, Bisaya if Bisaya sad ang customer...Filipino if dili Bisaya(Ilonggo ako :P)...English if expat or foreigner... :P
nonsens man ky mostly sa customer bisaya man.
pareha rana imo gikaon lugaw unya imo kinamoton.
