i have no problem with people and their beliefs, i have a problem with people pushing their beliefs as absolute truths without evidence.

blindly following is what religion demands it believers to do, science offers you an explanation. if somehow down the road that explanation is proven wrong by newer evidence through science then it is corrected. religion will rarely ever admit what they are teaching is wrong or is not any more applicable at the present time.

religion depends where you were born and what religion your parents practiced, in the same way ethnicity is regional. if you were born in the middle east most likely you would've been muslim. our planet is filled with diversity, that is why we have different beliefs all across the world.

again science gives you an explanation to how things are, they are explaining to you as to why 1 + 1 = 2.

religion will never explain this. they will say, god willed it, so you must it must be true and you must not question the divine. this is how religion keeps their followers in the dark. with the fear of punishment if you go against the will of god.

I dont think the Bible will Get that THICK if the ONLY answer is God Willed it.. The Bible has all the Explanation about Faith and God and his plans. The Bible has all the answer on all the Questions of LIFE: Origin, Purpose, Morality, and Destiny. Its Just that you did Not Accept it.

the bible got that thick because the vatican made it to be that thick. the bible has a lot of good stories with good morals and nothing more. it does NOT have the answer on all the questions of life, especially it's origin, purpose, morality but offers an OPINION, not the absolute truth, on it.

destiny is a figment of our imagination. one way of romanticizing our short existence and purpose on this world.
