Very timely for the Labor Day. This is an outright violation of your right to security of tenure. You cant be terminated from work just like that. Dapat may due process. Dapat may notice nga gihatag nimo ang company informing you of the company rules you have violated. And you should be given the chance to explain your side. If proven na nagviolate ka, that's the time that you'll be terminated. Dili pwede nga terminated ka agad. Yes pwede ka magreklamo sa DOLE.
