    Very timely for the Labor Day. This is an outright violation of your right to security of tenure. You cant be terminated from work just like that. Dapat may due process. Dapat may notice nga gihatag nimo ang company informing you of the company rules you have violated. And you should be given the chance to explain your side. If proven na nagviolate ka, that's the time that you'll be terminated. Dili pwede nga terminated ka agad. Yes pwede ka magreklamo sa DOLE.

    bai, ireklamo na sa labor bai. klaro kaayo na illegal dismissal. at least kung interviewhon ka sunod, ingna lang nag interview nimo nga gireklamo nimo ang previous employer nimo. im sure makasabot ra na imong giapplyan. if you need more guidance, pm lang nako bro.... kadto pud uban naay labor problem whether you are the employer or the employee, pm lang mo nako...

    Sure ka AWOL ra imo g.buhat? Ug ngano ni awol mn ka? valid imo reason?

    And about sa imo termination, if ang rason sa imo termination kay wala ka naka mata kay kay nag inom ka gabii then ni awol ka 1 day na wala jd ni sulti sa imong amo. bati jd na ug reflection nmu as an employee.

    If naa mo deadline then ni awol ka kay gi invite ka ug laag the next day kay feeling spontaneous kaau ka. aw, e consider jd ka as bati na employee.

    If g.terminate ka kay na sakpan na gpa blotter ka... aw malas.

    Bacn wala ka ni saba namo TS na daghan naka na buhat na bati sa imo employer.
