the real scenario will be: there will be more "unjustified abortions" that will happen, duly certified of course, the physicians who wants to fill their pockets.

Take this analogous situation: will you allow everybody to carry firearms to protect themselves, duly certified by the police (of course)? No, because you know that the guns could be mishandled MOST OF THE TIME, and everybody will resort to the "right to protect themselves" even after committing unjustified murder.

Yeah dapat na jud ni legalized ang abortion, if not then legalize death penalty.

My aunt has to go to Japan to abort their 6th baby because my Uncle used the calendar method but didn't work. She spent $$$ just to abort the accident. It was a heartless but that was their decision especially for my aunt since she decided to have 5 children only and I respect her for it.

Kahinumdom ko sauna sa super balita nga mama gipriso kay iya gipa abort ang iyang anak kay di siya ganahan mamatay. Philippine justice system is really the best!

Give me a solid evidence that what you are saying is true and I will support you to sue that doctor that is doing abortion.

okay this will be the procedure when a person will have a procedure. that person will go to the admitting department to present herself, before the procedure will begin a team of medical personnel will study the case this is included with a nurse with a doctor from the hospital if what you said datu ka naa kay imong own doctor. ikahuman ug opera naa nay team of medical practitioner will check all the cases in the hospital if sakto ba ang gipangbuhat sa mga doctor nga nag operate sa ilang hospital. once makita gani na nga nay sayop ma question na ang doctor. question kung ikaw doctor di kaha ka ma hadlok nga mawad an ug license para lang sa isa ka case or let say kadaghan nmo gibuhat di kaha ka mahadlok nga nganong permi mao na imong case. di kaha ka ma question why tanan nmong patient kay ectopic cases...

so di na pwdi mag buhat2x ang doctor ug diagnosis without solid prove like laboratory exam, ultrasound result before sila mo ingon ng ectopic na.

There is too much that is written between the lines, especially those statements issued by the government and the popular media.

Justified abortion according to its promoters can be classified as the following, NOT ONLY ECTOPIC nonsense blah blah as you claim.

    1. to save the life or protect the health of a pregnant woman (oops, mo pretend nga gi-hubak aron maka avail ug abortion)
Opps there is a medication for it especially for pregnant woman so it is not a reason for it.

so simple daghan convent mo dawat nila for 9 months or until manganak sila adto banawa mo dawat sila sa mga nabuntis nga wa sa saktong edad. if you like you can ask them to let someone adopt the child.

most of this case will give you 100% sure that the child is having this dse once the child is already out. so while the child is still inside the womb of the mother no one can determine if that child has serious dse except if heart dse which is a curable nowadays. so the mother can't claim she wants to abort the child cause the child has defect cause it is not 100% sure.

hey do you have research class? did you professor told you that not all what mr. google and the internet says is reliable? and hey kanus a man na ang newspaper nahimo ug reference para sa research.

Not all published in the newspapers are true. MEDIA always exaggerate news.

again do you have a 1st hand evidence or is this just something you read over the net.

if ever you are correct they will make a plan to do something that this will be legalized it will take ages for them to change it.

so let me rest assure you this won't happen, if ever this will come there will be limitation.

Ok, to get the facts straight : Your aunt killed her child HEARTLESSLY just because that child happened to be the 6th baby, and you still RESPECT her for it. of course, I would suspect that the baby gave her economic discomfort. Well, for carbrill, this must be "justified abortion" for you.

Last thing I know, murderers are supposed to be in a maximum security prison and are deprived of ALL the liberties they once enjoyed to pay for their horrible crime. They are stripped of any respect whatsoever and are removed from decent society.

So what are you gonna do if abortion bill will become a law? Most people have already accepted the concept of abortion and in this era, the church is powerless and their stupid propaganda is not working thanks to the power of knowledge and the internet. Even me I can't stop them if I tried, but according to my high school science teacher, "inborn babies are supposed to be treated as organ or part of the women's body" he said.

if you are living in a first world country, I can forgive you.

but you are living in a third-world Philippines, that despite billions being poured for the RH bill just this year to care for pregnant women especially, wala kay makita bisan BAG ONG facilities sa hospital para sa mga manganakay, or mga bagong free clinics para sa pregnant women.

And then we have the private practitioners who are most of the time are UNREGULATED, and there are a lot of them.

This is a recipe for a disaster.

nope... there is an procedure nowadays to determine if a child has defects (while inside the womb) and this method is now being used in western countries, especially for possible abortions once they found out that the child has "problems".

    one example: down's syndrome

I included the newslink and the actual manifesto (i hope you read it) ... so wala ko nag exaggerate.

They are taking baby steps but i'm hopeful dili cya ma-pass bisag sa congress.

Ok, so we are going to redefine who is a human being, like Hitler did 60 years ago.

If I'm going to put a bullet through someone's head and call it retroactive abortion? I do hope they will allow me.

I do hope they will also allow everyone to perform retroactive abortions. And I think there are a lot who deserves it. lol.

If that is the case yes I will respect her and her decision about aborting the baby.

are you also thinking if this will become a law people will make some certain limitation on it. freedom is not absolute. It has limitation.

Do you have already a draft of the so called proposal bill about it?
