3. fetal impairment (children with down's syndrome, cleft palate or children with "undesirable" qualities can be aborted.)

most of this case will give you 100% sure that the child is having this dse once the child is already out. so while the child is still inside the womb of the mother no one can determine if that child has serious dse except if heart dse which is a curable nowadays. so the mother can't claim she wants to abort the child cause the child has defect cause it is not 100% sure.

if you are living in a first world country, I can forgive you.

but you are living in a third-world Philippines, that despite billions being poured for the RH bill just this year to care for pregnant women especially, wala kay makita bisan BAG ONG facilities sa hospital para sa mga manganakay, or mga bagong free clinics para sa pregnant women.

And then we have the private practitioners who are most of the time are UNREGULATED, and there are a lot of them.

This is a recipe for a disaster.

are you also thinking if this will become a law people will make some certain limitation on it. freedom is not absolute. It has limitation.
