•Bachelors Degree
•At least 3 years of experience in the Banking Operations in a managerial capacity (if coming from other banks)

BANK SERVICE OFFICERS
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•At least 2 years experience in Banking Operations in a supervisory capacity preferably Cashiering (if coming from other banks)
•Has expertise in providing effective and efficient window service and the maintenance of the general ledgers of the Branch
•Keen in providing accurate accounting of transactions in accordance with all Bank policies, BSP and other applicable government rules and regulations
•Diligent in the preparation and prompt submission of the Daily Statement of Condition and other accounting / financial reports for internal and external purposes
•Adept in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the activities of the Service Section
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
HOUSING LOANS HEAD
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•At least 3 years in marketing consumer loans
•High level people management and decision making skills
•Possesses knowledge in Legal Documentation and Financial Analysis
•Excellent in oral and written communication
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT OFFICERS
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•At least 3 years in marketing commercial loans
•High level people management and decision making skills

CREDIT ADMIN OFFICERS
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•At least 3 years experience as Credit Administration officer gained from a bank or any financial and lending organizations
•Keen in report management and documentation processes relevant to collateral and security files
•High sense of integrity, honesty and mastery of the unit’s functions
•Excellent in oral and written communication
INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICERS
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•With at least three (3) years bank audit experience in a supervisory capacity
•Good leadership and people handling skills
•Willing to travel
•Excellent in oral and written communication
CREDIT EVALUATORS
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•At least 3 years experience as Credit Administration gained from a bank or any financial and lending organizations
•High sense of integrity and confidentiality in credit evaluation and processing of all applications
•Excellent in oral and written communication
CI APPRAISERS
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•Or at least 1 year experience as CI/Appraiser in a bank or any financial and lending related organization
•Knowledge and experience on analysis and preparing credit investigation report
•Willing to work on field

LEGAL ASSOCIATES
•Bachelors Degree, preferably Law Graduate
•At least 1 year experience of the same role gained in a bank or any financial and lending organizations
•Knowledge in contract review and agreements

COLLECTION ASSOCIATES
•Bachelors Degree or any business related courses
•At least 1 year experience of the same role gained in a bank or any financial and lending organizations
•Must know how to drive

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES (Tellers/New Accounts)
