worst, you had them pay more than 6 months on the old rate (2,599/month) when it should have been 1,999/month starting the start of this year?

nobody didn't even bother to give back the overpayment nor adjust the account to reflect the new rate...

owned by globe now... just to let everyone know, talked to the manager of sorts at the globe office in park mall and he said all globe internet plans except leased line is capped...

so yeah, if "bayan" doesn't have a cap "now", pray it'll stay that way until you get to terminate your contract.

I know these people are here just to make a living but I just want people to be well informed about the business practices of them as well so nobody has to go through what I've gone through with them - if at all possible.

Bayan does not treat its existing customers the way PLDT does - with free upgrades, etc.

If your looking for a main internet line, PLDT is still the lesser evil and it has been the most reliable relatively speaking. That's from someone that has had Globe, Bayan, and now Gizmo altogether.
