    Di ko mu-agree ani. haha. Based on my experience, mag-depende ra nah sa imu food intake. Kung ganhan ka mudako na dili tambok bai, kaon ug healthy foods, do your research para maset-up nimo imu meal plan. If ganhan ka mu-enhance sa imu muscle (only if naa naka enough muscle sa imu body), then do your workouts. Go to bodybuilding.com if gnhan ka ug basic workout programs.

And for your last question sa treadmill, necessary siya boss if naa ka extra fat to lose. If wala kaayo, i'd suggest you focus on doing killer workouts, kanang maghalhal jud ka sa kakapoy. Keep your rest interval between 30seconds to 1minute between sets.

    Age naku boss kay 25. Mao na akong ginabuhat karon boss heavy weights Akoa. Focus sa q sa triceps biceps arms and back. Wala na lang q nag treadmil kay wala man gyud koy fats hehehe. Salamat kaau sa reply boss

    Wai blema boss @luigi2x asa ka gym? kung gnahan ka mas dali maenhance imu muscles, take ug protein supps. para ma.feel jud nmu ang pump after workout. tnawa kang jim stoppani na program bai, shortcut to size. nindot pud toh xa.
