As a foundation for the people a national ID system should be imposed this will serve to prevent criminality, thwart rebellion, ease in transactions both public and private, and could be used for polls/elections as well. I still think that an effective democracy could still make the change as the President I do need the support of the entire citizenry no strong man neither a tyconic oligarchs could hamper the aspired changes.

I'll be playing Devil's advocate to this funny thread, be a bad guy once in a while....lol i noticed people will be doing more of the same when they become president. Good job of being the same. I like lowering the tax suggestion though.

Hehe if ever kn ako ang president, mao ni akung buhaton. ^__^

If I will be the President, I will redesign the city. Ako ihan-ay ang mga residents, like kanang squatters tgaan nako cla ug usa ka areas & houses w/ cultural designs etc(pra ma attract ang tourist) and together where they can live pero kato ra na nangatawo or was born on that City. Kay lisod nkaayo ang mga tawo mamili na cla asa cla mo puyo, basin ang mga taga Davao mo ari sa cebu ug ang taga cebu mo adto sa davao kay tungod nka uyon cla ani or to that, gi basta2x nalang nla ang mka puyo. People who were born in the city can only benefit sa ilang city.

So I will redesign the city until ma limpyo na ang city ug na han-ay na ug ma attract ang mga investor to invest sa city. And then once they invest, i will gather a Filipino families to be partnered to the foreigner investors(Compulsory for foreign investors), bisan migrates paka like Chinese migrants; need jd makig partner sa mga urban Filipino family.

So now, ang main nako mission is ma organize nako ang mga urban poor na ma tgaan nako cla ug job by starting investing the areas of the city, and building a government company own by senior Filipinos na ang mga young Filipino workers pd can work and have a good salary. Now some Filipinos has a an attitude that they don't want to work, so pra sa mga ig-ana man gud na way kn pasagdaan lang nato cla; murag d man man sd ma assenso ang city ana. So for me, everyone should work for their city. I will invest a team na mangita sa ilang position o mka sulod sila ug trabaho. Kn d cla manrabaho, magka dako na ilaha tax hehe so everybody should have a (tax) bisan walay trabaho pra ma push pd cla na need jd cla manrabaho; anyway it's their benefit man pd.

And the Migrants, they can only live with their Visa but never can own a property and invest easily. They should have a partnership from urban filipino families. Migrants can only have the benefits if they are the 10th generations na, so I will invest a team to study their generation ancestors etc. Too much Chinese na most of them are migrants and live for good & benefit our land. Then kaning local Filipinos, if my father was born in Davao and my mother was born in Cebu, and natawo ko sa Cebu so consider na ang akung father can live a in Cebu, it’s up to them where they live for good so either Cebu or Davao. If a family who lives in a squatter and nahibawan na gikan diay ni cla sa somewhere sa luzon, never they can own and live to that city. Adto ra cla pwde mka puyo kn asa cla natawo or diin cla gkan na province, anyway il make sure na mabuhi pd cla anang province pra wlay reason na d cla mabuhi kn mamalik cila.

So ako napud ipa strict ang mga street public regulations about cleanliness. Like kn naay spitting will pay fines(compulsory). The fines will go to the people who works in the streets like kaning mga metro aids. The more they collects fines, it’s a good news for them.

So wala nay pwde d manrabaho, all people should work for our senior citizen too.

So bahinon nako ang role sa regions, and each regions has a good site for a good living. Cebu will focus more IT & offices etc , Davao & the rest Mindanao will focus tourist & agriculture etc & some other part in northern luzon. hehe Some LUzon regions has a good site too but I will study that more in particular areas of that region especially sa mga northern na jd. ^__^ Now each cities has a good historical sites, ako to ipa develop more and part of investment for tourist attractions. Just like Colon, ako na ipa develop and will transform into an old city na naa most structures are inspired by european concept. I know daghan pd ma kwaan ug work pero they don’t need to worry cause i will make assurance they can find jobs just like what I mention from the 3rd paragraph. Only the investors like Gaisano ang mag suffer sa akung plano, pero it’s their for own good. They need to follow and cooperate. They will lose business? I don’t know how pero need jd i-develop ang colon for the benefit of the Cebuanos. But anyway, naa man sad clay ma benefits and conditions. So d kaayo cla ma balaka sa concerns hehe kun iconsider nla or approve cla. ^__^
And also the rest historical sites of the country just to catch attention of the tourist.

Now about salaries, I’m sure mo react jd ang mga current investors ani, but again; ako ipush ang salaries & with balance living cost. They have to increase the salaries of the workers else, they will pay higher tax. No foreign are employed except lang na willing cla mo pay higher tax and responsibilities kay daghan local people wla na noun work kay tungod sa ilang existence. And all local will be employed(Not the regional locals). I want all are balance and ma maintain ang loyal, seems I am a president I have a power to plan & implement more. I love to play games in the economic, the more they hired local people, the less they pay taxes.

If ever if the existing companies can not follow my new rules, I will strictly discontinue their business until they will approve my considerations. I am not afraid to lose them cause I can always find a way to call other attentions of the investors from the different part of the world. ( I just need to work hard) ^__^

Wow... a tyrant who is ignorant of economics. You want to play God? Lol. This is why we have leaders who are idiots. They all started with the same sentiments as this guy. Clearly, your thought process is operating at a primitive level. You will deciminate all productivity and drive away investors and impoverish the country. Somehow, you have very little regard of the individual citizens' welfare as you assume a divine socio technocrat's role, effectively making the whole country an inanimate object that bends at your every will.
