you just wasting your time. no need to go somewhere (bobby, tulfo, mike e. etc..) but go back to Pag-ibig and talk to the manager or director. tell your problem and in case wala jud that's the time you go to court if you have the evidence. good luck!

Just a thought... Where are the papers that you signed with the homeowner for 'assumption'?
Bring that to Pag-ibig, explain the situation and ask for an amendment form. Didn't the agent ask you to signh any papers before he processed them in Pag-ibig? Where are the original papers that were processed? It's possible that the error was made by Pag-ibig and not by the agent.

before you do anything, i preparar tanan nimong papeles. from contact to reciepts to testimonies kay musombong ka or morekalmo ka pero wa kay ikapakita nga papeles, di na sila maminaw nimo. then learn the rules and law para kahibaw ka kung asa ka musumbong criminal or civil ba. for this amount of money, you are better off talking to a lawyer.
