I haven't had much time to take care of this post's updates, so yeah, here it goes:

We are looking at hiring at least 1 dev with minimum 1 year prestashop experience (ideally 2) and minimum 3 years working experience (dev). [PHP-Dev]

With all due respect, Sir, you are wrong. I'm not asking for answers here, as you can read my post I'm asking for tips/advice sir. You just misunderstood my post.
