Kotobukiya ramen at J center mall. Anyone know if they're still in business somewhere els?e.
Another good restuarant closed. They served decent ramen and probably the best in cebu. But maybe still too expensive for typical diners. 300 is cheap for good authentic ramen though. This is not crappy Rai Rai ken ramen.

There's really very few authentic ramen in cebu so its sad to lose this one.

Are they open somewhere else? It was evacuated at j center last sunday. Guard said they closed just this august.

Kamekichi is at the place where kusina uno is also located, panagdait gihapon.

Kamekichi is also decent and authentic.
Not filipino style ramen like rai rai, tokyo joe, etc.
Hope Kotobokiya just moved and not bankcrupt.
