ka relate ko nmu ts. before ko ni apply og cc ky nangutana sad ko sa kadaghanan nga nkasuway na og cc. the key is self-discipline and at first i confidently have that, i pay on time so the cc company increased my credit limit from 15k to 115k Gold card but as time goes by, mura nku naanad nga if i want something i can always get that thru cc anyway, hala patuyang ng swipe, adto ko wla na kaapas katong pagka ospital sa ako baby ky ako man ge cc ang payment, sos! adto nku nka feel og pagmahay pagkakita na nkus interest nga perteng dakoa na.. feel nku na slave nkus utang ky ang interest nlng ako ma afford og bayad.. if dili mo gusto ma slave sa utang, likay nlng mo sa CC. majority sa ako kaila ngmahay sa CC so u better think twice my dear,... =)

A credit card is a good facility for making payments and at the same time, enjoy shopping rebates and perks. But always remember that a credit card is only payment facility, not an income. Thus, all your purchases should always be covered with a corresponding income, for you to be able to pay your bill on the statement due date. A lot of people make this kind of mistake. They perceive credit cards as additional income. As a result, they tend to spend more than what they could earn.

Second, never make partial payments. Always pay the full statement balance. The bill may say "Minimum Amount Due." Don't fall for that. Pay the entire amount due. If you only pay the Minimum Amount Due, you have to pay over 3% finance charges of your entire balance, and this is what may hurt your finances. A lot of people also make this kind of mistake. They pay only the minimum amount due every billing statement, not knowing that their outstanding balances have already doubled because of the compounding finance charges.
