dili mana mo matter if fresh pana or dili.
besides dili mana mo-error "cannot perform start-up repair because system is fresh installed."
it will do it job and repair whatever errors the system might have encountered during the installation.

kadaghan newly bought nga laptops w/ start-up problems sad and fix by installer disk start-up repair or if walay accompanying disk by using recovery partition.
dili man kaha mo start-up so use the installer disk's start-up repair to diagnose and fix the start-up error.

dili man ka mag system restore or recover ( in w/c case wlay gamit if fresh installed ang OS).
now if dili ma-repair sa start-up repair it might be HD problem or whatever.
pero before ka mo buy/change ug hardware
isn't it more wise to try the installer disk's repair feature first kay mao manay another gamit ana?
