Iraq is turning out to be another failed state. Its army ran with its tail under its legs and can't even handle terrorists. Without timely bailouts from the US they could have taken over Kurdistan and even Baghdad. Iraq also has difficulty handing Sunni insurgents. I wonder how long Uncle Sam will have the patience to keep bailing them out.
