PAG IBIG multipurpose loan

I am in need of general information.

i applied for one last July 14. I went to their office near Ayala. I brought all the necessary documents (including my pagibig id). This is a reloan with a small balance of 1k+ left from my first loan which i fully understand that will be deducted on my reloan.

i was wondering what is the timeline of the loan's approval? They gave me a landbank cash card but when i checked today,it's still empty.

tried calling the office numbers i find onlinebut nobody seems to be picking up.

sa ako officemate subra na 1 month..wala pajud na release iya loan..nag duha2 hinoon ko ug apply..needed kaau nko pero dugay kaau ang process.
