ang yuta gibaligya diri kanako sa mga anak sa tag-iya since namatay naman ang tag-iya..
karon gusto na nakong gamiton ang yuta tapos ang ga stay sa yuta dili mopahawa otherwise ila kong pabayaron ug dako...obligado ba jud kong mobayad sa iyang balay considering nga informal settler naman sya? Is there a Law para akong ipamatuod nila nga pwede nako silang dili bayaran sa ilang balay ug Legal ang akong pagpapahawa nila? plano nalang unta nako nga tagaan silag gamay nga amount para magamit nila puhon kaso lang ni demand naman nuon ug dako..pagkapaita nuon....

bro, check the contract to sell and the deed of sale if it states somethin in there. if the house is included in the purchase and the contract does state that you have purchased all the accessories of the parcel of land, pwede na ka mo.file og eviction case against them. hire a lawyer bro and show him the contract. if you have further question, just pm me bro. good luck
