Job Description:
- Provide IT/Desktop support via phone, remote location or in person to end-users regarding system/network issues affecting call center production and computing environment in accordance to established processes.
 - Handle and manage the Cebu Site IT Operations [Desktops, Laptops, Thin-Clients, Applications, Systems/Server, Network-Data, PBX-Voice]
 - Provide remote assistance to Senior IT Management team based in Manila remotely managing and maintaining the corporate technology infrastructure throughout the enterprise.
 - Collaborate with other team, 3rd party technology vendors and service providers.
 - Monitors and maintain Data Center and Server/IDF room cleanliness and temperature.
 - Monitor the corporate LAN/MAN/WAN with all tools available.
 - Update and maintain IT equipment inventory.
 - Deploy and install new hardware/software whenever necessary especially during new Site or floor buildup.
 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based operating systems or applications troubleshooting, installation and administration.
 - Background knowledge and experience in Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Avaya PBX (TDM/VOIP) and Cisco Networking.
 - Knowledge or hands on experience in configuring Cisco Routers or Access Switches.
 - Good communication skills both verbal and written.
 - Proactive, confident, friendly and can deal with different types of people/personalities/ranks across all departments and programs.
 - Flexible with shifting schedules.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably male, single, with at least 1yr experience working in a call center or technology environment.
 - Bachelor's degree holder in IT or any computer-related course.
