yes marriage is important, because it is one of the most sacred vows by two people in the eyes of god, and at the same time it is also a promise you make to someone that you will only be with him/her for as long as you live :P

December is coming and it seems to me that for women, with the number of soon-to-be-wed couples sky-rocketing this time of the year, December Bride is the new June Bride .

I admit, I was one of those little girls who dreamed of a sunset beach wedding, with a grand orchestra as my church choir and all those little details, to a man who would be my husband and who shall love me (and who I will love back) for better or for worse, till death do we part. But with the humble experience I have had in my life now and relationships seem to be impossible to hold forever, it seems to me that marriage is such a scary thing after all. Is it just me?

Marriage is so sacred in my book that shouldn't be
done out on impulse or just because you're so in love
with each other that you can't live without that person
sorta thing.

Only marry when you're ready to build a family whom
you'll love and care for the rest of your life... No ifs and buts.

Personally marriage scares me BIGTIME because my folks
failed in that department so there's always this nagging fear
in me that I might end up like them. That's why until now I'm
not hitched yet.

I guess it would take a good man to wash away my fears and
change my mind about marriage
