You have a point that the TS went overboard with her frustration that she
started a couple of threads with the same premise. Just to second guess
her, this was out of her dissatisfaction. Pardon for overlooking this as a mod.

However, I can't agree with you that she ranted without any basis. She pointed
out the disservice based from her experience and not just hearsay. Last time I
checked it will only be a smear campaign or maligning someone's reputation if
it is based on plain hearsay or second hand info lang unlike what happened to
the TS, we can't consider such since her family experienced it firsthand.

Since this has already been resolved because they have agreed on settling this matter,
I'll close this thread just the same purpose that this thread has already served its
purpose. Thanks Dan for seeing it in a different perspective, though.
