Question about UPS

Mga bossing, wala paman koy nakit-an thread about aning UPS. Naa lang ko pangutana. Unsa'y maayo nga UPS nga inyo ma-recommend? Kana lang pud budget type. Unsa puy basis sa maayo nga UPS?

Ako gamiton para sa ako Server-PC para dili ma-off if magbrownout.

Mao ni specs sa PC (wa ko sure if dapat ba ni i-detail para mahibaw-an unsa nga klase sa UPS ang dapat)

Mobo: MSI B75MA-E33
Procie: i3-3220
HDD: 500GB
RAM: 2x4GB hyperX
GPU: 2GB Palit GT630 128bit ddr3
PSU: Cooler Master RS-500 True Rated High End PSU

UPS-good for 15 mins na siya wether you buy a cheaper brand or the expensive one. The purpose is to have your files backed-up before all power of the battery from your UPS goes out in about 15 mins. If you can afford the indutrial type(makalibang kag alsa og makahilak kag popcorn sa price) kana molungtad na for a few hours maybe. UPS batteries have a lifespan of 2 years so expect it to shut your computer down the moment nga mo brown out inig 2 years old sa imo UPS though naa pud daghan nga mo last og more than 2 years ang battery.

@ekzchan , palita ang pinaka taas ug VA nga ma abot sa imung budget sa APC brand. mas taas ug VA, mas dugay ma palong (since server imung gamitan, although 500-650VA is enough for most of us. check APC's website also kay nay computation didto kung unsa kadugaya mu last ang kada model sa different PC specifications. APC is the only reliable and true rated brand. Sa ubang brand swerte swerte nalang kung maka kuha kag good unit. I suggest invest on APC nalang jud, kaysa ma hassle ka in the long run with other brands. naay daghan nga brand nga dili true rated. As I've said before, 625VA APC is more powerful than other brand's 1000VA. @ekzchan, yes naay replacement ang battery. and yes, APC's ES series is enough for your i3, and for most PCs, though you may want a higher model to make it last longer during brownouts. But since second hand ang imung paliton, we really can't guarantee the status of the item (battery), since what like @juks said, naay lifespan ang battery, it'll become less and less powerful as time goes by. so check the item nalang upon buying, ibta sa plug to see how long it will last.

Wala bai maayo nga UPS sub 2.5k? Mahal2x ra ang APC da. 2.7k pnaka barato sa PCX.
