Almost 1 week na down lang gihapon sa amo area. No updates.
one celltower ang damaged (hardware failure which is unavoidable) which is affecting a total of 3 subscribers only...no other sites or downtime since we started this 4 months ago. its just unfortunate ikaw natimingan and i understand your situation. we are on the same boat my office wala pud mi connection since we are riding on the same tower.
we are doing everything to get it back online asap. i might have a temp solution for you we can implement it for the mean time. willing ka we try in your spot. can you pm me your number or call my office look for me tom morning

ann, 1-2mbps is still faster than your old connection in weather conditions like the past days isnt it?
anyways as mentioned in past posts, bad weather can affect throughput. plus with the down adjacent celltower performance affected but expect this to be temporary, we do apologize for this...
