I purchased your package a few weeks back. The speedtest gave me around 5 -6 mbps. I had no problems till this Saturday wherein I couldnt get any 4g signal at all so I kept using 3g. At the moment even browsing is a difficult thing to do due to how slow the net is. The problem still persists today. Waiting for things to improve.

i take it your in fuente area...unfortunately yes we are having our very first downtime...but only in one site.
jones BDO down ok na...chonghua ok na...escario ok pud...diri sa fuente, crown, cybergate, cocomall, velez ang affected.
doing everything to get it up and running...our office is also affected thats why i couldn't post earlier.

Just this morning the download speed improved... DL is 9-10mbps and upload is 4-5mbps... it seems its working fine now...
The issue was started over the weekend... i thought my data was capped and limit to 2-3mbps download speed..
will observed again tonight after my work...

no cap...no limit...totally unlimited...except the 42mbps max bandwidth allocation for each account

Thanks for the feedback. Will be waiting for things to improve. I am located near USC North campus. Hopefully these issues will be resolved soon.

Kadaghan na. Ng post pud sila na naa gud prob sa amu lugar run. 4 days na hinay kaayo ang net.

Ang problem gyud nako is wala koy 4g. 3g lang and halos d ka load og webpage. Almost a week na ni.
