standard jud is 30 days b4 sa imo resignation, but kung wla mo gipirmahan or something nga agreement, aws ayaw nlang balik, prankly speaking naigo mana ug kolorom na imo company, ky maski kontrata wla man ka'y gipirmahan..

Depende na sa imo current position sa companya, and how long you are been working.
if wala ka mga pending na mga projects or paperworks den that should be not a problem. and you must also explain to your present company your intention that you have decided to move-on to a different path.

15-30 days is there to give ample time of the company to look for your replacement and also to have a proper turn over your duties to your future replacement. just take note that never BURN BRIDGES with your present company, so help them to fasten the turn-over by doing your part with proper turn over.(i.e. prepare necessary documents,guides,notes that will help your replacement cope, pra sab tiga-an daun ka go signal)
