    Kawit Island is one of the prime lots of the city government that were integrated into the 300-hectare SRP.

    Varquez said it would be the first attempt of Damac Properties to invest outside Middle East, knowing that it already gained a reputation for lavish waterfront developments, distinctive architectural landmarks and wide selection of residential, retail and office addresses in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Jordan, and Egypt.

    “It will put SRP in the tourism map worldwide and will boost further our tourism industry. This could open lot of opportunities like direct flight from Cebu to Middle East countries,” Varquez said.

    @tonton123 Ug mga Pinoy Manufacturer unsa man pud nga Produkto kinsa man nga Investor mga taipan lang gihapon .... unya kanang mo invest sa SRP like kanang DAMAC wala kahay nay problema sa Constitution nga 40% raman ilaha kinsa manang 60% ? .. paras ako okay ranang 6month contract basta daghan trabaho mabalhinan ..

    Nindot na imong ingon bai ug mga Pnoy Product but wala man intown tay Technology oi ... Zero jud ta anang dapita ...

    Asa man ka ug technology ? mao na benefits sa FDI kay naay Transfer of Technology ....

    Applicable man tingale ang 40/60 ownership ana,
    they could not totally own the island.
    Para nako better for lease lang dili for sale mas bintaha sa Cebu.
