Kanang core voltage na part og kanang clocks, mag sige na siya og usab2x ang value kung naka enable ang Intel SpeedStep Technology (EIST). Kung permi naka full ang corespeed niya (3.1 Ghz) then most probably wala siya naka enable or naay mga nag run nga program nga naa ra sa background (makita sa task manager).

1) check if intel speedstep is turned on sa imo PC
2) try to research undervolting..
3) install 1 ram stick
4) run an SSD and remove HDD
5) Get a 750ti or any GPU with low wattage (usually no power cables needed)
6) properly calculate System load, and buy 80+ rated Power supplies, 80+silver is good enough, do more research on this
